James R. Dunne Announces “EDEN” Vision Calling for Global Justice, Nonprofit Economy and Free Education

SLIDELL, Louisiana — August 8, 2026 — James R. Dunne is announcing a religious, economic and social vision he calls “EDEN,” centered on his belief that humanity should live under a system based on justice, equality, stewardship and the elimination of greed, crime, hate and war.

Dunne describes himself as the “Servant of the ONE TRUE GOD” and references Isaiah 53 in presenting his message. He also identifies himself as “Adam,” the father of the human race, and says he has returned to take responsibility for what he describes as his human family.

“I will bring Justice to every Nation on Earth,” Dunne states in his declaration. “I will end GREED, CRIME, HATE, and WAR.”

At the center of Dunne’s proposal is the restoration of Earth to what he calls “EDEN,” which he describes as the intended condition of the planet for humanity. His vision combines religious beliefs with a proposed economic and educational system intended to direct resources toward public needs rather than individual profit.

Dunne asserts that, as the father of humanity and king in his vision, he has authority over Earth and its natural resources. He describes Earth as including its land, animals, plants, oceans, seas and atmosphere. These statements represent Dunne’s religious and philosophical claims and are not presented as established legal ownership under existing international law.

His economic proposal would replace separate businesses and competing corporate interests with a unified nonprofit model. Under the proposal, businesses would continue producing goods and services while operating with the stated goal of achieving the highest quality possible rather than maximizing private profits.

Dunne proposes that profits generated by businesses would be directed into what he calls an “EDEN financial zone.” According to his plan, the fund would support education and major infrastructure projects.

Education is a central component of the proposal. Dunne calls for free kindergarten-through-12th-grade education, with classes limited to 20 students and taught by two teachers. He says the goal would be to provide children with a high level of individualized instruction and educational opportunity.

Dunne also proposes free trade schools and colleges. Students participating in those programs, according to his plan, would receive compensation of $20 per hour while pursuing their education or vocational training.

The proposal extends beyond education to national and global infrastructure. Dunne calls for existing infrastructure and electrical power grids to be replaced or upgraded to what he describes as the highest level of quality that can be achieved through human engineering and technology.

The broader economic philosophy behind EDEN is that resources should be directed toward improving the quality of life for humanity rather than accumulating wealth for individual owners. Dunne says the nonprofit structure would allow profits to be redirected toward education, infrastructure and other societal priorities.

Dunne also frames his proposal as a call for humanity to reconsider how it approaches conflict, economic inequality and social division. His stated objective is to establish a system in which justice replaces exploitation and cooperation replaces war.

“I AM the Judge of MY SOUL/children the human race,” Dunne states, describing his proposed role in the religious framework of EDEN.
